About Me
My name is Nancy Ruby Plascencia. I am a Mexican- American, 20 year old first generation women. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. I am the third of four women with two beautiful Mexican parents.
I am currently am seeking a bachelors degree in English: Writing for New Media and Spanish at Mount Mary University. I graduated from St. Joan Antida High School in 2017 where I received an International Baccalaureate Diploma in the Career Related consecration.
The New Conquista is designed to inform those in the community and others who want to learn more about our culture and about the rise of the Latinx community in the USA.
Our Spanish speaking countries were once ruled by others, but here is to “The New Conquista” of the Latinx community.
